Accurate protein quantification with process Raman

However, process Raman offers a valuable alternative, allowing real-time measurement of protein concentration along with excipient levels and quality attributes. Explore how the Thermo Scientific™ MarqMetrix™ All-In-One Process Raman Analyzer was evaluated as an in-line PAT tool for monitoring monoclonal antibody (mAb) concentration during downstream processing. This study demonstrates process Raman’s accuracy and transferability across different antibodies, supporting consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
