Accurate and precise quantification of up to 8 samples simultaneously using the Qubit Flex Fluorometer
2 Jan 2020In this application note, the new Qubit Flex Fluorometer, a benchtop device designed for highly accurate quanitification of DNA, RNA and protein, is introduced and the time needed to quantify an increased number of samples is assessed. The results of the assessments demonstrate a 50% improvement in time taken to process and quantify samples, whilst maintaining the accuracy and precision of the measurements.
