A workflow for rapid sample preparation and exoglycosidase characterization of N-Glycans in antibodies
7 Apr 2022This application note describes use of the Agilent AdvanceBio Gly-X N-glycan prep with InstantPC kit, 96 ct (GX96-IPC) for high-throughput N-glycan profiling of Immunoglobulin G (IgG), a polyclonal antibody purified from human serum. This kit uses an innovative 96-well-plate-based workflow for rapid glycoprotein denaturation, deglycosylation, and instant glycan fluorescent derivatization.
