A Novel, No Wash Screening Assay to Simultaneously Measure Binding to Target and Control Antigens on Mammalian Cell Surfaces
24 Sept 2012A key process in the discovery of new antibody therapeutics lies in the screening of hybridoma and phage display libraries for candidates that bind specifically the target antigen of interest, and not to unrelated antigens. This scientific poster, presented at ELRIG Drug Discovery 2012, describes how the mix-and-measure hybridoma screening assay from IntelliCyt can be used to optimize the antibody screening process. The assay enables users to simultaneously test the binding of antibodies to both target and control antigens on the surface of cells.
