A new process for clarifying and sterile filtering cells for protein purification workflows
19 Oct 2021This application note highlights an alternative to the use of centrifugation/filtration/flocculation to clarify and sterilize mammalian cell cultures. It describes an assessment of a new 24-well clarification and sterile filtration plate and a 24-well sterilization-only filter plate for the recovery of proteins present in the supernatant.
