A Holistic Approach to Understanding cIEF

These include as determination of protein charge heterogeneity, stability of formulations, determination of lot consistency, and purity assessment. This poster discusses critical variables to consider for cIEF separation and describes optimization of these variables for maximum resolution and reproducibility.
