The Harvest 1L consumable is sized for the 1.0m2 FBR. It is provided with quick connectors allowing for easy aseptic connection to the the system and is used to collect product from the FBR, including both cell-expressed product and the cells themselves. The product includes a 1L Harvest Solution Bottle, 1L Waste Bottle, 250mL Flush Bottle & 1L Wash Bottle.
These flasks can be connected to the Ascent Fixed Reactor system using the pre-assembled aseptic connector. They can be used to harvest final products from the system in an entirely closed solution.
