The Biological Sample Homogeniser is a multifunctional and high-throughput instrument. It combines grinding, splitting and homogenising into one product. Samples are quickly disrupted using 3D, high-speed rotations (6800rpm) and grinding beads.

This instrument can automatically finish the dilution of any sample. Upon starting the machine, it automatically adds the appropriate amount of diluent to the sample, thereby completing the dilution process in 15 to 20 seconds, saving operator time.

This biological dilution system is designed for the continuous gradient dilution or addition of microbiological samples. Tiya provides a high-throughput solution to a complex set of processes and greatly improves efficiency and repeatability. It is widely used in microorganism sample dilution in food safety investigations, probiotic product evaluations, disinfectant effectiveness assessments, environmental studies, etc.

MultiDose automates high accuracy solid dosing from Mettler Toledo dosing heads, using an XPR balance and dosing module. The system combines a collaborative robot arm and Labman's MultiDose software for efficient, accurate and reproducible dispensing.
