Single SOMAmer™ Reagents (SSRs) are synthetic, animal-free affinity reagents for protein detection workflows such as ELISAs and pull-down assays. With high specificity, thermal stability and batch-to-batch reproducibility, SSRs overcome common antibody limitations. Their small size improves epitope access, and with nearly 11,000 off-the-shelf reagents available, they enable faster, more reliable research.

KREX™ i-Ome™ Discovery Services enable highly multiplexed autoantibody profiling for rapid, reproducible discovery across diverse diseases. The platform measures antibody binding to 1,800+ full-length, correctly folded human proteins – preserving conformational epitopes for highly specific and biologically relevant autoantibody detection. It provides valuable insight into immune responses in health, disease and treatment.

Bioinformatics and Protein Array Services

Profiling against cancer antigens. Using the CTA Protein Array, Sengenics can quantify autoantibodies against more than 200 clinically relevant cancer testis antigens. These are tumor antigens normally expressed in germ cells but not in adult somatic tissues. In cancers, this regulation can be disrupted, resulting in CTA expression in tumors. The CTA array is ideal for research related to cancer immunotherapy.

Autoimmune disease autoantibody screening. Using the Pan-Autoimmune Protein Array 1.0, Sengenics can screen autoantibodies against more than 100 clinically relevant antigens in a wide range of autoimmune diseases. The Pan-Autoimmune Protein Array 1.0 service is ideal for focused autoimmune disease research.
