Each of our field technicians have received extensive training on all makes and models of pipettes, and our service lab in Indianapolis, Indiana has been designed to include the latest state-of-the-art technology for both ongoing training and repair capabilities. Microbalances and other test equipment used in the pipette calibration process are routinely inspected and calibrated by the manufacturer to ensure accuracy and precision.
