Key applications of this targeted RNA expression profiling approach include biomarker discovery, tumor cellular composition analysis and profiling of patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models. The Driver-Map assay technology is available today as an assay kit or as a service. With over 10 years of experience in gene functional analysis, in collaboration with leading researchers in industry and academia, and with funding from over a dozen grants from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), our scientists have developed the most advanced functional genomic technologies commercially available today.
