Description

INTEGRA reagent reservoirs consist of disposable inserts that fit into reusable bases with clearly visible volume markings. This cost- and space saving design has now been combined with the innovative SureFlo™ anti-sealing array. This unique technology enables pipette tips to sit on the bottom without sealing or creating a vacuum. Along with the hydrophilic surface treatment that prevents liquid from pooling, these reservoirs offer the lowest dead volumes on the market.

The reagent reservoirs are – as the models without SureFlo™ array – available in sizes of 10, 25 and 100 ml.

DOSE IT – Smart and compact liquid handling The peristaltic pump DOSE IT makes dispensing of culture media, buffers and other solutions easy and efficient. Forget about complicated programming. The setting of all functions and parameters is self-explanatory so that, with minimal learning time, everybody can start working immediately. A broad range of dose volumes can be dispensed with high accuracy since the DOSE IT is compatible with differently sized tubing: from 1 mm tubing for dispensing small doses to 8 mm tubing for high-throughput pumping. The compact and lightweight design allows the DOSE IT to be moved and placed virtually everywhere in the lab, further increasing its value. In addition to the dispensing and pump mode, the DOSE IT provides the ability to create customized liquid handling protocol based on settable parameters, such as volume, flow rate and repetitions. The GripTips together with VIAFLO, VOYAGER and EVOLVE pipettes from INTEGRA form an integral system. Pipette tip and pipette were designed to fit perfectly together. As a result, the loading and attachment forces of the tips could be reduced to minimize wrist related stresses. In addition, the system provides a perfect tip sealing and reliably prevents tips from accidently falling off during pipetting. Consistent and safe pipetting guaranteed! Using Low Retention GripTips from INTEGRAwith heightened hydrophobic properties prevents low surface tension samples from spreading out at the inner wall of the tips for a maximum liquid recovery. Available in five volumes (12.5 µl to 5000 µl) GripTips come in bulk or stackable boxes (non-sterile, sterile and filtered) featuring colour-coded inserts that correspond to the volume ranges of the INTEGRA pipettes. The 12.5 µl and 125 µl GripTips come in 384-fold configuration, so the same tips and boxes can be used with 16-channel pipettes as well. The GREEN CHOICE is an environmentally friendly packaging of GripTips. Each GREEN CHOICE contains five GripTip inserts of non-sterile or pre-sterilized GripTips to refill the current tip boxes. INTEGRA reagent reservoirs offer a convenient solution for the temporary storage of non-solvent based liquids during any pipetting application. The system consists of disposable inserts that fit into reusable bases with clearly visible volume markings. Inserts are available as crystal clear polystyrene reservoirs or polypropylene reservoirs for improved chemical compatibility. The pour-back spouts in the corners of the reservoir allow pouring back the liquid into the original container without spills. The reagent reservoirs in sizes 10, 25 or 100 ml are stackable for space saving storage. The polystyrene inserts are also available with the unique SureFlo™ anti-sealing array to help minimize dead volumes. Features and benefits: Light is refracted so that graduations below the liquid surface become invisible, making it easier to identify the exact desired volume line. When working with a 96- or 384-channel system such as the VIAFLO 96/384, it is essential that the pipette tips are reliably attached. Due to the unique design, the GripTip system ensures that the tips will never accidently fall off, even when performing a tip touch on the sidewall of a vessel. Pipetting with multiple channels into a well plate is a precision task. GripTips for VIAFLO 96/384 undergo an additional quality check for tip straightness, guaranteeing accurate pipetting in 96- and 384-well plates. Depending on the tip size, GripTips are packaged in two different tip boxes. Larger volume GripTips (300 µl, 1250 µl) are delivered in boxes of 96 tips.
