The TSKgel OligoDNA RP and TSKgel TMS-250 columns incorporate 5 μm or 10 μm spherical porous silica with 250Å pores to allow unhindered access by large oligonucleotides and proteins respectively.

Product highlights

TSKgel OligoDNA RP:
- Contains a monomeric C18 bonded phase that is not endcapped.
- Available in 4.6 mm id and 7.8 mm id (both 15 cm length)

TSKgel TMS-250:
- Exhaustively and repeatedly reacted with trimethyl silyl groups.
- Standard nomenclature designates the bonded phase as C1.
- Available in 4.6 mm id x 7.5 cm length.

Product Applications

TSKgel OligoDNA RP:
- Specialty column for analysis and preparative purification of oligonucleotides (up to 500-mer), RNA and DNA-fragments.

TSKgel TMS-250:
- Specialty columns for protein separations.
- The “wide-pore” TMS-250 packing can accommodate large proteins, such as aldolase (158 kDa).
