The machine is fairly easy to use. Some changes to the screen layout would make it more convenient. After sales care is average. Sometimes I don't get response after emailing the local reps for weeks, sometimes it is faster. The value for money is also average. The machine is used in academic setting. Consumables are more expensive than competition. But overall it saves time a lot compared to running a column mannualy.

I am amazed at the pump's ability to pump solvents to even 8-10 stacked columns. if it dings when product comes out, that would be a sweet sound.
