Description
The PEPperMAP® Linear Epitope Mapping Service is based on a peptide microarray with an antigen translated into 15 amino acid linear peptides with a max. peptide overlap of 14 amino acids for highest epitope resolution.
The service includes all immunoassays with your antibody or serum sample, staining with secondary and control antibodies, read-out with a microarray scanner, data quantification and evaluation as well as a scientific report.
