mag™ kits
The mag™ kits use magnetic beads to purify DNA from a variety of sample types. They are a cost-effective solution for automated DNA extractions using magnetic particle handlers, as well as liquid handlers. The protocol follows the common technology of binding the DNA to the mag beads, removing contaminations by salt and alcohol based wash buffers and a final eluation step.
Compatible with a variety of sample types including blood, saliva, mucous membrane, hair, amniotic fluid, cell tissue, plant tissue, and microorganisms.
Generates highly purified nucleic acids required for a variety of downstream applications like PCR or NGS. Fully automatable to support high-throughput workflows.
