Description
HIV-2 gp140 produced in HEK293 cells and purified from cultrue supernatant. The protein contains a C-terminal T4 foldon domain to stabilize natural trimers. The furin cleavage site was enhanced from "RHKR" to "RRRRRR" to facilitate furin cleavage. The protein is presented as a mix of cleaved and uncleaved protein.
