The Gyrolab® PLBL2 Kit is made with highly sensitive antibodies for quantitation of hamster phospholipase B-like 2 (PLBL2), a prevalent and challenging residual Host Cell Protein (HCP) typically present in monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) derived from Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. The Gyrolab PLBL2 Kit includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, pre-diluted standards, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 1000 HC disc (96 data points). Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 0.2 ng/mL to 1000 ng/mL (neat concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 1000 HC discs.
