Description
The Gyrolab® huIgG Kit - Low Titer enables the quantification of human therapeutic antibodies in cell supernatants during cell line development. The Gyrolab huIgG Kit - Low Titer includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy™ disc. The Gyrolab huIgG kit - Low Titer utilises a Gyrolab Bioaffy 1000 HC disc (96 data points) and has an analytical range approximately from 1 ng/mL to 20 µg/mL.
