The Gyrolab® Generic TK Kit enables the quantification of human therapeutic antibodies in non-human matrices including mouse, rat, cynomolgus monkey, rabbit and dog during pre-clinical TK studies in early stage biotherapeutic development. The Gyrolab Generic TK Kit includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 20 HC disc (112 data points). Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 0.4 µg/mL to 1500 µg/mL (neat concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 20 HC discs.
