The Gyrolab® Protein A Kit detects Cytiva’s MabSelect SuRe™ ligands in samples, such as antibody preparations after protein A purification processes. In the automated method, samples are acidified in Gyrolab Mixing CD 96 to dissociate protein A-IgG complexes. The Gyrolab Protein A Kit includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Mixing CD 96 (96 data points). Analytical range approximately 0.1 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL (neat concentrations) using Gyrolab Mixing CD 96.
