The Gyrolab® Human TNF-alpha Kit Reagents accelerates the quantification of TNF-alpha in human or cyno serum samples for biomarker monitoring. The Gyrolab Human TNF-alpha Kit Reagents includes capture and detect reagents, recombinant human TNF-alpha standard (1 µg/mL), sample dilution buffer and wash buffer required to generate 96 datapoints (1 disc) and is optimised for use with Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 4000 discs (not included with reagents). Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 1 pg/mL to 1500 pg/mL (on disc concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 4000 discs.
