Description
The Gyrolab® huIgG Kit - High Titer enables the quantification of human therapeutic antibodies in cell supernatants during cell line development. The Gyrolab huIgG Kit -High Titer includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy™ disc. The Gyrolab huIgG kit - High Titer utilises a Gyrolab Bioaffy 20 HC disc (112 data points) and has an analytical range approximately from 300 ng/mL to 1 mg/mL.
