The Gyrolab® HEK293 Type SN Kit is made with highly sensitive antibodies for quantitation of a broad spectrum of Host Cell Proteins (HCPs) from HEK293 cell culture supernatant. The Gyrolab HEK293 Type SN Kit includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, stock standards, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 4000 HC disc (96 data points). Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 3 ng/mL to 1500 ng/mL (neat concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 4000 HC discs.
