Freedom EVO® for chromatography in columns

Repligen’s OPUS® RoboColumns® are supplied prepacked with any commercially available or custom resin. This system represents a powerful tool for process development – such as bioreactor monitoring, condition screening, sample purification and other chromatography applications – allowing validation of chromatographic conditions without the need for sophisticated LC systems. Simultaneous, parallel processing of up to eight columns increases throughput, with collection of multiple fractions for the generation of chromatograms. The unique Te-Chrom® Wizard enables easy set-up of the whole chromatography process – from column equilibration, sample loading, washing and column regeneration – in the Freedom EVOware® software.
