We face several issues like constant noise in the peaks, peaks from last sample run and many other in our area of application. Instrument service may be a factor but otherwise it is mostly effective and very easy to use. Our instrument has been aged to almost 10 years now so cant really say if is with the protocols of company or any other but we hardly get to talk to engineers and resolve our issues. Result reproduction is very very difficult.
