Description
The new Eppendorf PCR-Cooler maintains a sample temperature of 0°C^*1 for over an hour and then changes color when the temperature has exceeded 7°C. Superior to an ice bath, PCR-Cooler is easy to handle, space-saving and free of contamination, which makes it the perfect preparation for your PCR reactions. The temperature of single tubes is indicated by the color of the individual bores. Further, samples are prevented from freezing by the specially developed cone contour. Eppendorf PCR-Cooler - the cooling aggregate in the universal 96-well format for 0.2 ml and 0.5 ml PCR tubes, for tubes strips, plates and individual tubes. The DNA LoBind Tube finally provides the genomics user with the certainty that sample loss of genetic material caused by interaction with the plastic surface of the tube will be insignificant. With the combination of the purest selected types of polypropylene and specially developed production technologies, a tube has been developed that ensures nearly 100% recovery of DNA/RNA.
