In our case it is neccesary to change tubes, optics and detector for multiple applications. These actions consume time of technicians and raise prices of analysis.

Very good instrument, service is a concern.
XRD analysis including polymer, catalysis and other solid materials.
The instrument is really good. Overall, it is very easy to use and has a lot of functionalities. The footprint is small considering its multifunctionalities, which also adds great value to it. Service is fair. We have experienced time with very good service and support, but also a period of time when no one answered our phone call at all. Even when we have interest in purchasing new parts and accessories, no one replied to us. It seems to be inconsistent in terms of service. Hope service will be improved and kept in good shape.
