My experience with TA DSC has been highly unsatisfactory. While the company is quick and responsive during the sales process, their support completely vanishes after the payment is made. It seems their only priority is to sell – once the transaction is completed, the customer is left on their own. I reached out multiple times via email to resolve an issue related to their service. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no response. Not even an acknowledgment. This kind of neglect is unacceptable, especially for a service that requires timely and professional support. Their lack of communication and accountability clearly shows that customer satisfaction is not a priority for TA DSC. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would rank them among the lowest in terms of post-sales service and reliability. If you’re considering TA DSC, be aware: you may get the product, but don’t expect any help if problems arise afterward.
