Description
Recombinant Chikungunya Virus-Like Particles produced in 293 human cells. Chikungunya structural proteins are transiently expressed to form a particle comprising E1, E2 and capsid protein, without the non-structural proteins or genome. Resultant particles are totally non-infectious. This product is prepared from HEK293 cells cultured in fully synthetic media.No animal products are used during the production process.
Buffer: 20mM Tris-HCl, pH7.5, 125mM NaCl; contains 20% (w/v) sucrose
