Description

Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is a useful research tool in reproductive endocrinology studies related to primary ovarian insufficiency, oncofertility, gonadotoxicity, menopause, premature ovarian aging, PCOS, neonatal gender determination, Cryptorchidism, Testicular (Leydig/Sertoli cell) function.

The Ansh Labs' Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) ELISA kit is a quantitative three-step sandwich immunoassay. The antibody pair was developed against specific linear epitopes on the associated dimers of AMH thus ensuring specificity and consistency of AMH detection. Calibrators are prepared using standardized recombinant human AMH ensuring accuracy and reproducibility assay-to-assay and lot-to-lot. The AMH ELISA kit is specific to human AMH (associated form) and detects the full length and enhanced biologically active associated forms of human AMH.

Assay features:

  • Wide dynamic range of 0.06 – 14.2 ng/mL
  • Sensitive to 23 pg/mL
  • Total 2.5 hour incubation at room temperature
  • Long shelf life of 24 months
  • All reagents included, shipped at ambient temperature
