The UVIpro Platinum range of high specification fluorescence gel documentation systems boasts the highest performance cameras available for this application, available in high (1.1 mega-pixels, 1184x890) or ultra-high (2 mega-pixels, 1600x1200) resolutions.
The superb quality of the camera sensors enables resolution of intensity over a massive 16,384 grey levels (14-bits) which means extreme sensitivity and a dynamic range of up to 4 orders of magnitude. This means greater confidence for users when imaging even the most difficult and faint fluorescent samples.
Where even greater sensitivity is required, 3 binning modes are available to make absolutely certain that if a signal is there, the UVIpro Platinum camera will detect it!
