Process up to 40 high-pressure vessels per run with the MARSXpress™ Ultra-High Throughput Microwave Reaction System from CEM. MARSXpress offers intelligent and adaptive, continuous temperature and pressure feedback control for all vessels all the time without the need for temperature and pressure connections.

The system's advanced dual non-contact sensors offer accurate temperature measurement and the innovative vessels are designed to be self-regulating, ensuring that samples requiring 260 °C or that can generate 500 psi can be safely processed. Vessels are available in a variety of sizes, from 10-mL to 75-mL, making the MARSXpress ideal for a wide array of digestion, extraction, and organic synthesis applications. The easy-to-use system constantly monitors the conditions in the vessels and automatically adjusts the power output, ensuring complete control of your chemistries. Intuitive MARSXpressLink™ software provides data collection and real-time graphic display of temperature profiles.
