Thermo Fisher Scientific introduces the Thermo Scientific Pierce Detergent Removal Spin Columns for effective and efficient removal of high concentrations of detergents from both protein and peptides samples to prepare them for downstream analysis, including mass spectrometry.
The spin columns contain a unique affinity resin that binds to a wide variety of commonly used detergents providing greater than 95 percent detergent removal efficiency and protein/peptide recovery. The pre-packed spin columns are available in four different sizes accommodating sample volumes ranging from 10 microliters to one milliliter.
