Tecan, a global leader in laboratory automation and detection, has been granted Transcreener® Far Red FP validated status for its high-end multimode readers Infinite® M1000, Infinite F500 and Safire2™, by BellBrookLabs, LLC, a R&D-driven company and provider of enabling drug discovery screening tools for the pharmaceutical industry.

All of Tecan’s high-end multimode microplate readers outlined in this press release have shown outstanding performance and speed during the Transcreener® Far Red FP assay validation at BellBrookLabs, which tests the high quality fluorescence polarization detection capabilities of multimode microplate readers.

The Infinite M1000 is Tecan’s new, high-end, premium quad4 monochromators™-based multimode instrument, providing outstanding flexibility, sensitivity and speed for demanding applications in drug discovery, life sciences and research. Its new technology makes it the successor to Tecan’s high performance Safire2™ microplate reader.

The Infinite F500, Tecan’s high-end, filter-based multimode instrument, is Tecan’s most sensitive filter-based detection platform yet.
