SureGrip Design Cell Culture Dishes
8 Sept 2006Product news
Sarstedt’s SureGrip 100 x 20mm, 60 x 15mm and 35 x 10mm cell culture dishes are designed for easy, comfortable and safe handling, even when dishes are stacked.
The raised ring around the circumference of the dish provides a secure grip of both the dish and lid, reducing the risk of contaminations due to unintentional removal of the lid. Specially engineered “ventilation posts” allow for improved and consistent gas exchange. SureGrip cell culture dishes are available in three cell-specific growth surfaces and are certified non-pyrogenic and non-cytotoxic.

Cell / Tissue CultureCell culture or tissue culture is used to study the biology of cells or tissues and to isolate cellular products in an environment which can be manipulated and well defined. Accurately control your culture environment with bioreactors or culture incubators, bind your cells to a surface or together with an extracellular matrix. Distinguish cell types with differential media or proliferate cells with certain characteristics using selective media. Enrich your media with supplements such as growth factors, sera and vitamins.
