Product news

The new AMI 1000 from Spectral Instruments Imaging (SI Imaging) brings improved performance to the world of molecular imaging. It combines “state-of-the-art” technology with ultra-high performance imaging hardware and delivers advanced quantitative analytical methodologies featuring ease of use, accuracy, reliability and modern design with completely integrated hardware and software.

Conceived and built from the ground up by the minds behind the original IVIS® instrumentation, new high-performance, bioluminescent, fluorescent, and x-ray modalities are now available to the laboratory researcher for both in vitro and in vivo imaging in one bench top instrument. The SI Imaging instrumentation embodies 21st century modules including –90°C air-cooled cameras, custom versatile optics and LED-based illumination and calibration standards.

SI Imaging software fully integrates the high performance camera and automated equipment to create the shortest path from experiment to results. The fully quantitative software with intuitive controls provides rapid analysis and accurate results for the most demanding applications. Image layering combines optical and x-ray images for the highest quality data presentation and analysis.
