Recirculating Coolers for industrial applications

The 'SemiChill' series offer powerful recirculating coolers for industrial applications and for the semiconductor industry.

Five models with cooling capacities from 2.5 to 10 kW (air/water cooled) are available. The coolers provides working temperatures from +5 to +35 °C (optionally -20 to +130 °C). The modular concept allows to customize the cooler according to specific requirements and budgetary needs. Some different control electronics, pump systems and heater options are availabe to choose from. For an easy integration the instruments can be equipped with RS232, Devicenet or Ethernet interfaces as well as analog signals.
