本制品是PCR反应用的DNA Polymerase、Buffer、dNTP Mixture的2倍浓度的混合物。DNA Polymerase使用了性能良好的TaKaRa Taq。使用时，只需在制品溶液中加入模板和引物便可进行PCR反应，大大简化了操作过程， 减少了PCR操作过程中的污染。并且，本制品中已含有电泳时所必需的试剂（色素等），PCR反应后可以直接进行电泳。
使用本制品扩增得到的PCR产物的3'端附有一个"A" 碱基，因此可直接克隆于T-Vector中。
