NucleoSpin RNA XS, the latest RNA-isolation kit from MACHEREY-NAGEL allows the isolation of concentrated RNA from extremely small samples such as laser-microdissections or small numbers of cells.
Based on the trusted MN silica technology, this kit features an innovative column design and a micro membrane of highest sensitivity. The purified RNA can be eluted in only 5 µl – allowing excellent recovery rates and high concentrations. In addition, the kit offers the time-saving option for on-column DNA removal using an RNAse free rDNAse.
