The recombinant ligand of this alkali stable resin binds human and mouse IgG, as well as IgM and Fab fragments. The line of TOYOPEARL Protein A resins will soon be expanded with a high capacity TOYOPEARL AF-rProtein A HC-650Fresin reaching a binding capacity of 70g/L.

TOYOPEARL GigaCap® High Capacity Ion Exchange Resins
TOYOPEARL GigaCap ion exchange resins meet the needs in high throughput purification of biopharmaceuticals. They provide high dynamic binding capacities at short residence times. Due to the improved elution kinetics, proteins can be collected as more concentrated target, when compared with other high capacity resins. The GigaCap family got new members: A new selectivity option, TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE, especially suited for plasma protein purification and high resolution versions of the strong ion exchange resins TOYOPEARL GigaCap S and Q.

TOYOPEARL MX-Trp Mixed-Mode Resin
The Toyopearl MX-Trp-650M mixed-mode resin combines mixed-mode selectivity with ion exchange binding capacity. It is a new multimodal cation exchange resin for protein purification. It combines the selectivity options of mixed-mode chromatography with the binding capacity of modern ion exchange resins. It is well-suited for intermediate and polishing steps, such as aggregate removal in antibody purification. TOYOPEARL MX-Trp-650M binds immunoglobulin G (IgG) with an exceptional high dynamic binding capacity of over 90 g/L.

TSKgel SuperSW and UltraSW UHPLC Columns for Antibody Analysis
TSKgel mAb SEC columns – a new family of (U)HPLC columns, tailored to different aspects of antibody analysis:

TSKgel SuperSWmAb HTP supports high throughput antibody analysis. Packed in UHPLC column hardware it enables an easy transfer of SEC methods, which have been developed on conventional gel filtration columns, to fast UHPLC analysis. TSKgel SuperSWmAb HR was designed for high resolution monoclonal analysis and allows for superior resolution between fragments, monomers, and aggregates. TSKgel UltraSW Aggregate covers the range of higher molecular weights and provides a very good separation of antibody dimers and higher aggregates. It is based on smaller silica particles with slightly larger pore size than the SuperSW mAb columns.
