NEXTflex DNA-Seq Kits for Use with the Ion Torrent Sequencing Platform

Bioo Scientific has expanded its line of kits for NGS library preparation to include the NEXTflex™ DNA Sequencing Kit for Ion Torrent, which has been validated for use with the Ion PGM™ System from Life Technologies. The NEXTflex DNA Sequencing Kit features “Enhanced Adapter Ligation Technology” resulting in library preps with greater unique sequencing reads and better diversity. In addition, the user can perform reactions in a 96-well plate making this kit uniquely automation friendly. The kit contains highly pure reagents that facilitate library preparation for next generation sequencing and all reagents undergo stringent quality controls and functional validation.
