MO BIO introduces a versatile kit for isolating DNA from any volume of whole blood. Samples from 300 microliters to 1000 ml can be used.
The kit is based on a unique way of separating lymphocytes and lysing them to recover pure genomic DNA that is ready for applications such as PCR, restriction digest, and microarrays.
