Is manual optimization with master mix too slow and painful?

In order to get quality data out of an assay the robots involved need to be optimized for the liquid classes being utilized. When the reagents involved include master mix this becomes a tedious and expensive prospect.

Artel has responded to this challenge with the release of version 3.5 of the Data Manager software for the Multichannel Verification System (MVS^®). The update enables the MVS to utilize the QualAssure™ PCRMix ™ solution, a master mix mimic, to enable scientists to take advantage of the significant time savings the MVS brings to the optimization process, as well as the decreased costs offered by PCRMix.
