Strata™ Giga large volume solid phase extraction (SPE) tubes are now available from Phenomenex. These medical-grade polypropylene tubes are in the syringe barrel format with a volume of 12, 20 or 60mL. These disposable tubes are pre-packed with a bed mass ranging from 500mg to 20g of high quality Strata SPE sorbents including reversed, normal and ion exchange phases.

Strata Giga tubes offer high and reproducible separation yields of samples ranging in size from milligrams to grams. These tubes are ideal for use in the purification of organic compounds from both aqueous and non-aqueous solutions in environmental, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology applications. The Strata Giga tubes are compatible with several Flash chromatography purification systems including the FlashVac™-10 and 20 and Flash Master™ from IST.
