Resolve Optics Ltd, a leading designer and supplier of specialist high performance lens systems, has announced an innovative high temperature optical system that can be adapted to almost any high temperature application.

Field proven for monitoring processes in a furnace to a temperature of 950ºC the new optical system uniquely requires no cooling. Advantageously the novel design will also only require air cooling for use in most applications at even higher temperatures. The innovative specially designed prisms avoid the need and breakdown risk inherent in expensive cooling systems opening the door to non-invasively analysing high temperature processes including incineration, recycling, smelting, chemical manufacturing and operations inside furnaces.

The high temperature optical system can be adapted to optimally operate at a variety of field of views and angles of view up to 90 degrees. Additionally the unique high temperature optical system can accommadate any length and diameter of endoscope enabling insitu microinspection within high temperature processes.

Technical specialists from Resolve Optics Ltd. are available to discuss and propose novel design ideas incorporating the new high temperature optical system to achieve the price and performance parameters your high temperature process requires.
