The AACC annual meeting and exhibition is the world’s largest scientific conference and tradeshow in the laboratory medicine field. This year marks the 71st edition of the scientific meeting and clinical lab expo, hosted in the Anaheim Convention Center, in California, USA.

The exhibition provides a platform to connect with the world’s thought leaders in breaking laboratory medicine operating in fields including: clinical chemistry, molecular diagnostics, mass spectrometry, translational medicine and lab management.

As always, the tradeshow is full of technological advances as over 200 new product introductions are unveiled and demonstrated. Additionally, research developments and changes in the laboratory medicine field are discussed, in a variety of clinical areas, through an educational experience which you can tailor by selecting from a range of scientific sessions.

The IDS team will also be present, demonstrating and discussing their commitment to innovation as they will be showcasing their next generation immunoanalyzer, the IDS-i10. With faster testing capability and the capacity to connect to laboratory track systems, their new instrument is going to help medical professionals perform automated immunoassays more efficiently than ever.

They will also be discussing our automated and manual assay panels, with experts at hand to assist with any queries you may have. If you would like to reserve a slot for an IDS-i10 demonstration, or would like to discuss anything else, please email info@idsplc.com. Alternatively, visit them at booth 3044 to discover their range of immunodiagnostic solutions.

ImmunologyImmunological techniques measure and characterize immune responses. Immunology kits and analysis systems often use techniques such as ELISA, radioimmunoassay (RIA) and immunodiffusion assays, Immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry. Immunologists use equipment such as flow Cytometers, plate readers, plate washers and fluorescent microscopes.ImmunoassayImmunoassays are laboratory tests that utilize antibody-antigen interactions to detect specific substances. They are widely used in diagnostics for detecting diseases, drug testing, and environmental monitoring. These assays offer rapid, sensitive, and precise detection of biomarkers, making them invaluable in clinical and research labs.
