Continuing our promotion of purity water systems Progen Scientific Ltd and TKA are pleased to introduce the TKS Ion Exchange Cartridge range. The range designed to work in any laboratory and in particular with TKA systems provided by Progen the range includes plastic and metal cartridges detailed below.

Plastic Cartridges
TKA has developed new water demineralizers made of plastic cartridges, pressure resistant and of high capacity. For daily water amounts from 10 l - 50 l. TKA plastic cartridges provide and excellent economic alternative to metal cartridges. The TKA DI 425/DI 750, pressure less plastic cartridges with analog conductivity meter incl. hose set allows the laboratory to produce its own high-purity water, simple, less expensive, and only the amounts you need! For laboratories, for doctor's and dentist's practices!

The TKA demineralizer offers the following major benefits:

  • Economy. An efficient water flow-path system guarantees optimized utilization of the resins.
  • Quality. Constant good water quality. No loss of quality by storage.
  • Increased capacity. Contains more resin. Can be used longer and serves only the amounts you need.
  • Cleaner instruments. The very high purity of the water avoids streaks or stains on instruments, and also prevents corrosion (pitting).
  • Cartridge disposal. Because of the use of highest quality resins a nearly unlimited regeneration of the cartridges is ensured.
  • Conductivity meter. The conductivity meter can be used with the pressure resistant cartridges as well.

Stainless Steel Ion Exchange Cartridges - Deionized water produced by proven mixed bed systems

TKA-DI Cartridges contain ion exchanger resins of constant high quality, which are optimally utilized by means of an efficient water flow-path system. The cartridges produce water of very low conductivity over their full capacity range and guarantee reproducible constant quality. They are particularly economical for purified water amounts of up to 150 litres per day and with feedwater that contains total dissolved solids equivalent to about 15° dH (19° e).

For higher requirements or special demands on the water quality TKA Reverse Osmosis-Systems are your choice. Ask for our advice to get the best of all solutions!

TKA-DI Ion exchange cartridges. Pressure resistant up to 10 bar, made of V4A stainless steel. Particularly economical for the production of purified water of up to 150 litres per day. Connectors: either R 3/4 " or quick connect which allows fast connection and disconnection of all water hoses.

FiltrationFiltration and microfiltration are used to separate solids, particulates or large molecules from fluids (liquid or gases) in order to purify the filtrate. Explore a range of filter formats, including filter paper, plates and membranes for your separation needs. While larger particulates may be separated by gravity filtration, smaller particulates may require additional force for timely separation. Microfiltration equipment includes vacuum filters, as well as positive pressure, crossflow and centrifugal filtration devices.
