The Xtr-96 Cryo is a rapid whole rack reader with an integrated frost reduction system. It is designed for use with 2D-coded tubes, including cryo vials, stored at low temperatures.
The Xtr-96 reads multiple racks without build-up of frost, or condensation, on the underside of the glass. It is compatible with all 2D barcoded tubes in 24, 48, 96 and 384 rack formats. Fast, 10 second total scan and decode time for rack of 96 tubes. Results can be viewed directly or integrated with other applications with direct data output to Excel. The software enables the user to set up rack templates for applications when partially filled racks are routinely decoded, resulting in a faster decoding time and no unwanted data.
