CloneFill is a compact, fast and simple bench-top unit for filling 96, 24, 6 and single well plates with mammalian cell culture media including 10% serum. Method set-up is straightforward, with volumes entered via a splash proof membrane keypad. The system is fast: set-up takes typically less than a minute, and processing an entire 96 well plate is complete in around 10 seconds.

Produced by Genetix Ltd (New Milton, UK) the stand alone unit is both convenient and flexible. A single manifold fits all plate types and easy-change flow paths allow a single fluid line to be dedicated to a specific media. Importantly, all liquid contact parts can be sterilised by autoclave. A new manifold design ensures intra-plate CV’s of less than 3%.

An optional stacker system extends the capacity of the CloneFill unit and integrates directly with both of the Genetix mammalian cell screening and picking system, the ClonePixFL.
